En 2017, l\u2019Etat avait proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la cession \nde sa participation (51,6%). Cependant, suite aux difficult\u00e9s de tr\u00e9sorerie rencontr\u00e9es par \nl\u2019institution en 2019, cette op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9e et l\u2019Etat a repris en main le
